  Has anyone found a suitable adhesive for gluing the plastic sides of PC kits to the sole bars? I’ve heard of impact adhesive being used, which must be tricky to control if used in a proper impact way, and it eventually dries out – though it might well see out my days.

  Hi Brian
  I built 2 GW Toplights in the early 80’s.
  As it happens I was looking at them about a month ago whilst I was looking through some old models which are not in use anymore. (I model around 1960 now)
  Anyway the sides were secured with Evo-Stik and they are still firmly in place
