The above fret is to fit the Bachmann bodies, and as usual with his kits nothing much is missing! I am not attempting to fit the inside motion, but have built the chassis split frame as normal. The fret is a fold-up, and I broke the sides away and made my own spacers from copperclad as usual. With the finer weather recently painting was carried out in the garden. Wheels have been received from Alan Gibson and balance weights glued on and then brush painted matt black.
I shall have to source a motor and gearbox from High Level and get it moving, but overall its looking allright.
It’s interesting to read what other people are up to in these unusual times, and there seems to be more building going on.
