  Just about completed this thing starting from a DJH kit.
  
  It has a High Level 120:1 gearbox with the kit motor turned 90deg so that it just fits in the boiler and tank. It’s compensated on the FlexiChas principle. Pickups are phosphor bronze wire on the backscratcher principle. Alan Gibson handrail knobs.
  
  Livery is “Saltport Green” (with apologies to Stuart Firth). All industrials can wear green well.
  
  As illustrated she needs nameplates, a crew and sandpipes to complete.

  Looking good – improving the drivetrain must make a big difference. I really ought to re-build mine, built many years ago from the shocking Kingdom Kits kit.
