    Thanks guys; not sure I’m up for a chassis replacement, but I like the idea of those 3D wheel centres pushed into a finescale tyre. I did find an image on the 70s EM Gauge website of one that’s been converted:

    …although this looks like it’s used the original wheels, with the cylinders having undergone some surgery to push them out somewhat. I wonder if that would still be necessary with finer wheels?
