The only real way is to remove the wheels using an axle press to avoid any further potential damage to the axle hole and then remount using a good quality wheel press. This often works, but it depends on whether the axle hole is distorted.
Do you have a wheel press? If not you can send them to me and I will remove the wheels from the axle and remount them in my wheel press or lathe to attempt to push them back on straight.
I am certainly happy to try to correct the issue one way or the other to avoid purchasing more wheels
I must admit I was not aware of the end bit of of the AG catalogue as my main interest are the catalogue numbers.
