Hello Hugh, I have not converted a 4-W loco, but have done several others. I reckon your best bet is to go for the Pug, made by Dapol? Or the Hornby Peckett. Wheels, axles and other bits for the conversion are made by Alan Gibson, so I would hunt up their website or contact them directly. You need to speak to Colin.
