- As last year this years show has 3 events promoted in it. The S Scale Society is 80 years old this year. S Scale is the only British model railway entirely to imperial scale at 3/16’’ to the foot 1-64 size. There will be 2 layouts on show as well as an S Scale demonstration and a display.
- The second promotion is the 60th anniversary of the closure of the Somerset & Dorset Railway. This line is looked on as one of the premier lines in the country. There are 4 layouts at the show, Cheddar shows what the S&D looked like 100 years ago, Chewton Mendip also shows the S&D 100 years ago, Flintcombe another line that never was shows the S&D as it was in the 1930’s, and Evercreech Junction in N gauge shows what the line was like in the 1950’s/60,s
- The 3rd event at Railwells is the 50th anniversary of the Scalefour Society, there are 4 layouts for this event, Cheddar, Flintcombe, Allt-y-Graban Road and Ventnor Town that was built in a quarry on the Isle of White as it was on Friday June 3rd 1960 when the 2 brothers who built the layout visited the station with their parents,
- There are also demonstrations showing how to model in all the scales within the show.
- There are at least 15 layouts, 18 traders, demonstrations and displays.
