Details can be found in the Scalefour Society forum under Layouts & Operations. They are buried deep in The Burford Branch postings; it is best to work backwards from the latest posts to find details. Designed by Martin Goodall of Crichel Down fame, these looked a good contender for my own layout. However, Martin has decided the hook should be etched rather than of wire and this results in the coupling being much more obtrusive than I would like. The advantage of the etch is that it greatly reduces the production time. It also means Martin is considering making them available for sale. The couplings are non-reversible i.e. rolling stock cannot be turned end-for-end.
