Here are some photos of my cameo layout of Watergate in the late 1950’s.

This halt was located on the line between Torrington and Halwill Junction in North Devon and was one of the last lines to be constructed by Col Stephens.

It has taken me a few years and at least one house move to get this far and 2024’s resolution is to finish this with a view to exhibiting it at some point.

Hello Jason, Not a line I am familiar with, but there is a feature on it in a bookazine I have. It contains a recent photo of (the remains of) Watergate, which I believe is now part of the “Tarka Trail”? The best of luck with your 2024 resolution!

Some very attractive scenes – what sort of loco’s and stock does it use?

The staple will be Ivatt Class 2MT’s, Bulleid coaches, general freight and clay traffic.
