May I please have some guidance as to the availability in 4mm of rope pulley sheaves that appear in the centre of the track on rope-worked inclines? Someone must have a 3D print master somewhere and I find the prospect of scratch building 30 of the things instead quite daunting!

Someone may have been here before. I do hope so. ????

Can’t help you, I’m afraid, I’ve built a rope worked incline which works but, as only about 6″ of plain incline is visible I haven’t bothered with rope rollers. You must have a very large(and tall) layout room.

Have you looked on the Internet? I spent a couple of minutes looking and came across these 2.5mm x 1.2mm sheaves albeit an American supplier but I’m guessing a model shop in the UK may well have them also. https://www.model-dockyard.com/acatalog/rb-Rigging_Block_Sheaves.html

These would need a base to mount them in but there may well be something with the base included.

            Best of luck,
            Frank
